Commercial Manager Job Description

At Mitie NI Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating with other support functions and dedicated contract roles to understand and deliver commercial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day commercial management support to contract teams.
  • Identify and manage legal, financial, and commercial risks and opportunities in collaboration with the contract team.
  • Drive the uptake and creation of awareness of commercial best practice and internal governance policies and procedures.
  • Advise contract teams on commercial queries and interpretation of contract terms and conditions.
  • Maintain risk & opportunity registers and ensure clear action plans are in place.
  • Support account teams on contract variations and change orders.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Risk and Opportunity Management.
  • Ability to resolve complex issues through problem-solving and negotiations.
  • Understanding of key contract provisions critical for managing the contract risk profile.
