About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at B&Q's Store Support Office in Southampton. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply of a specific product range, ensuring maximum in-store and online availability for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day replenishment of stock, including automated system replenishment and push allocations.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective supply chain strategies to maximize availability and minimize stock levels.
  • Work closely with Commercial and Digital Teams to react to sales trends, execute range reviews, and ensure smooth stock flow into stores and online.
  • Provide insights and analysis to Commercial Teams on key KPIs, including forecasting and replenishment accuracy.
  • Manage vendor relationships and performance, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of stock.
  • Collaborate with Logistics colleagues to plan and execute inbound and outbound stock flows.
Requirements
  • Experience in a Supply Chain and/or Merchandising role, preferably in an FMCG or retail environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify patterns and trends for forecasting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Experience with forecasting and replenishment systems, as well as a good understanding of associated KPIs.
  • Commercially focused, with the ability to influence the optimization of product range in store to drive sales.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
