CV-Library is seeking a highly organized Compliance Administrator and Buyer to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective delivery of servicing and inspections.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the compliance team to ensure timely completion of tasks, gathering evidence, preparing legal packs for court cases, and raising purchase orders for servicing and repairs.

You will also be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, such as data entry, meeting arrangements, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in raising purchase orders and managing supplier relationships
  • Strong organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with solicitors, contractors, and customers
  • Attention to detail for accurate data entry and preparation of legal documents
  • Ability to support the compliance team in aligning policies, procedures, and processes
  • Proficiency in updating and monitoring compliance systems and producing statistical reports.

This is a full-time role at 37.5 hours per week and 18-months fixed-term. You'll be based in either Chipping Sodbury or Tewkesbury office with regular home working available. The role is subject to a basic DBS check.

The estimated salary for this position is around £24,000 per annum, plus a benefits package.
