We are working with a well-established accounting firm who are excited to be expanding their operation to accommodate ambitious new team members. They offer a friendly and comfortable working environment and the opportunity for flexible working to suit.

You will need to have been working with another accounting practice for at least 12 months minimum and have experience of preparing year-end statutory accounts, computations for corporation tax, self-assessment, and quarterly VAT returns. Ideally, you will have started or completed your AAT qualification, but support and training will be made available if you have previous experience in practice. Further training opportunities are available for ACA/ACCA qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing year-end statutory accounts for Limited Companies, Sole Traders, and Partnerships
  • Computations for corporation tax and self-assessment
  • Quarterly VAT returns
  • Supporting the team with accounting tasks and projects
