Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronics Design Engineer to join our team at Tiger Resourcing Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge hardware platforms that meet the needs of our customers.

In this role, you will work closely with our customers to capture their requirements and specifications, and then lead a multidisciplinary project team to design and develop the solution. You will be responsible for ensuring the correct electronics design and development process and procedures are in place to deliver high-quality design outputs.

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of electronics design principles, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop digital and analogue PCB circuits using Altium.
  • Develop high-speed digital PCB circuits, including FPGAs, SoCs, ADCs, and DACs.
  • Design power supplies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Model and simulate electronic systems using SPICE and Python.
  • Lead and support multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • Ensure design and test for EMC and environmental compliance.
  • Develop high-volume manufacturing experience.
  • Model and automate electronic systems using SPICE, Matlab, and Python.
  • Ensure design and test for compliance testing.
  • Plan and report on projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • 10+ years of experience in electronics engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and tackle new challenges.
Bonus Skills:
  • Mechanical design with 3D CAD.
  • Software and firmware development in support of testing or interfacing to electronics.
  • RF Design.
