We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Team Lead to join our client, a leading global Automotive specialist based in Lichfield. The successful candidate will have experience of Supervising a team, improvement opportunities and promoting H&S.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of 15 to 25 operators. They will also be responsible for ensuring QCD indicators reflect customer expectations and defining QCDP targets for the GAPs (improvement versus actual situation).
A key aspect of the role is managing resources to reach results, adapting headcount to volume, and reacting in case of a problem by taking care of immediate containment, calling support functions, and building corrective action plans. Additionally, they will drive teamwork and problem-solving activities, lead problem-solving groups and workshops, and generate and implement improvement ideas.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Supervisory experience, team leading
- Previous experience in the Injection Moulding/Automotive industry
