Finance Systems Analyst

Ambition Europe Limited is seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our practice management system, Aderant, and providing reporting and analytical support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and improve the Aderant system, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal performance.
  • Provide reporting and analytical support, including complex report generation and data analysis.
  • Manage system upgrades and assess new Aderant product offerings to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Deliver system training to new joiners and provide ad-hoc training as required.
  • Maintain Aderant user security, access, and administration.
  • Resolve complex system requests and queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage the month-end system close process and monthly exchange rate updates.
Requirements:
  • Significant experience in legal or professional services finance systems, with a strong understanding of Aderant Practice Management Systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to convert complex data into actionable intelligence.
  • Experience working in an international and multi-currency environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
  • A high level of attention to detail, sound judgment, and logical decision-making.
  • A proactive approach with a 'can-do' attitude and a collaborative team player attitude.
