We're seeking a skilled CRO Manager to join our team at The Hut Group. As a key member of our Marketing Department, you'll be responsible for driving front-end experimentation and optimisation across our client portfolio.

About the Role

As a CRO Manager, you'll own the front-end experimentation process, with a focus on conversion rate and average order value uplift. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a flexible conversion rate optimisation programme that covers the entire user experience and funnels across our client's website.
  • Defining and owning the experimentation process, from managing backlogs to analysing performance and making recommendations for site developments.
  • Monitoring and owning key metrics for our client's website, including Conversion Rate, Average Order Value, Bounce Rate, and Exit Rates.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders across Trading, Marketing, Customer Success, and Technology Teams to deliver the conversion optimisation roadmap.
  • Creating a database to capture and share knowledge and learnings gathered from the conversion optimisation programme.
