Job Title: Home Manager - RGN/RMNs
Location: Bromley, London
About the Role: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Home Manager to lead our care team in Bromley, London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing care homes, including experience in marketing and business development, and a strong understanding of safeguarding and CQC compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and maintain high-quality care services that meet the needs of our residents
- Manage and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver outstanding care
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need
- Inspirational leadership skills and a passion for person-centred care
- A proven track record of managing care homes and developing marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of safeguarding guidelines and CQC compliance
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum, plus bonuses
