About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Relief Chef to join our team at Elior, a leading contract caterer in the UK. As a Relief Chef, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a catering team, creating a platform for financial growth through cost control and culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruiting, training, and supporting team members to deliver an efficient and high-quality service to our customers.
  • Maintaining and controlling food stocks within budget.
  • Ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting, and client liaison to enable operational excellence.
  • Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care to customers and colleagues.
