About the Role

As our new Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer - High Voltage (Critical Systems), you will join our dynamic team and contribute to closing the gap to a sustainable future. With a proven track record of sustainable and responsible business, we are a top ten engineering and environmental consultancy in the UK.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  1. Provide electrical design expertise for the UK-wide Critical Systems Team.
  2. Guide graduates and technicians in design engineering, ensuring the successful execution of projects.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver innovative solutions across Buildings, Transport, Environment & Health, and Energy sectors.

**Requirements:**
  • CIBSE/IET Engineering Council accredited honors degree or an HNC in an applicable discipline with commitment to continue higher education.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on deadline-driven tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in specialist software, such as ETAP, Paladin, and Trimble.
