About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team at ACS Staffing Solutions. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to individuals on various matters related to estate administration, probate, trusts, tax, and powers of attorney.

Key Responsibilities:
* Dealing with the administration of estates from start to finish* Preparing and applying for Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration* Completing and dealing with all tax forms, including Inheritance Tax, Income Tax, and Capital Gains Tax* Advising clients on tax mitigation and deeds of variation* Drafting, preparation, and attesting of Wills* Applying for statutory Wills where necessary* Advising clients on trust matters, including drafting trust documents* Acting as certificate providers for lasting powers of attorney* Managing the financial affairs of elderly clients, paying bills, and looking after their investments and assets* Making applications to the Court for the appointment of a Deputy and complying with court orders* Dealing with business development opportunities* Working closely with colleagues to achieve fee income targets

Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in private client law* Strong knowledge of estate administration, probate, trusts, tax, and powers of attorney* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel* Familiarity with case management software* Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills* Familiarity with court procedures and protocols* Knowledge of social care and CHC funding would be an advantage
