Company Overview:Thrive Group is a leading provider of staffing services, delivering high-quality candidates to businesses in the manufacturing sector.
We are currently recruiting for a Production Associate to join our team in Wells, Somerset. This role will involve working on a temporary to permanent basis, with opportunities for career progression and skill development.
Salary:The basic pay rate for this position is £12.08 per hour between 0600-2200 and £14.85 per hour between 2200-0600. Once permanent, the salary will increase to at least £14.48 per hour, including shift premiums.
Job Description:This role involves working as part of a team to assemble products on an assembly line. Key responsibilities include accurately weighing and arranging ready meal components, replenishing stock, maintaining high hygiene levels, conducting quality checks, and demonstrating teamwork and communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A good English language level
- A positive attitude towards work and a desire to develop skills and progress within the business
As a Production Associate with Thrive Group, you can expect:
- Basic pay rate of £12.08 per hour between 0600-2200
- Basic pay rate of £14.85 per hour between 2200-0600
- Once permanent, pay will increase to at least £14.48 per hour (including shift premiums)
