We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Consultant to join our team at Parkinson Gray Associates. As a key member of our Sustainability Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in delivering cost-effective and energy-efficient engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Collate key information to perform BREEAM Assessments, using recognised measures of performance to evaluate a building's specification, design, construction, and use.
- Work closely with our clients to understand their sustainability goals and develop tailored solutions to achieve them.
- Conduct thorough analyses of building performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending evidence-based solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Proven experience in BREEAM or Building Physics, with a strong understanding of the energy sector and the challenges faced by the construction industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meeting deadlines and delivering results.
