Social Impact Manager

Signet Resources is seeking an experienced Social Value Manager to join our team. As a Social Value Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing social value across our organisation's projects and operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute social value strategies in collaboration with the operations team and stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment with our organisation's overall CSR and ESG objectives.
- Establish measurable goals for performance and monitor progress.
- Work with sales and marketing to enhance offerings to new clients.
- Build relationships with local communities, government agencies, clients, and business partners.
- Attend events with clients and act as the company social value champion.
- Track, measure, and report on the impact of initiatives using recognised frameworks (e.g. SORI, National TOMs).
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Lead on training and raising awareness of social value across the organisation and external partners.
- Experience working within social value, community engagement, and CSR.
- Familiarity with social value frameworks.
- Ideal experience within social housing, but construction, public sector, or FM considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for social value and community development.
- Full UK driving licence.
