We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to work with children aged 0-18 years old across various schools in London boroughs. As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA), you will provide personal progression and academic support to students following relevant safeguarding or EHCP plans.

About the Role
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high standards are met for student progress
  • Be flexible and willing to work in challenging environments

You will be responsible for providing one-to-one support, promoting independence, and enhancing the learning experience of students with special educational needs. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in supporting students with diverse requirements.

Requirements
  • Experience working with SEN students, including ASD, ADHD, Makaton, PECS, and Team Teach training
  • Confident and positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and proactive approach
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to process a new one

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for supporting students with special educational needs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
