Role Overview

This exciting opportunity is part of a fast-growing team, responsible for liaising with Operations and various internal departments, including Sales and Membership, Compliance, Trade Surveillance, Finance, and Risk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitoring of GFO-X market - following granular checklists carefully and methodically.
  • Working with large data sets and the creation of management information.
  • Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements

  • Degree holder or high-grade A Levels in finance, science, maths, technology, or business administration.
  • Proficiency in VBA, Excel, macros, and SQL Query coding.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work shifts, including early morning and late evening hours.
