As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the acquisition of mid-market commercial new business and gross direct premium income across various sectors.

What You'll Do
  • Lead a team of Development Underwriters in providing technical underwriting expertise
  • Collaborate with sales teams and clients to deliver high-quality results
  • Support the NFU Mutual Agency Network in acquiring commercial new business

Package:

  • Up to £71,000 salary depending on experience
  • 17% annual bonus
  • Contributory pension scheme, up to 20%
