Job Title: Lead Fitter

Talent84 LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Fitter to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for overseeing the build and installation of conveyors, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of fitters to ensure efficient and effective conveyor build and installation
  • Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop and implement conveyor systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with conveyor systems to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Lead Fitter or Senior Fitter in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Strong knowledge of conveyor systems and installation procedures
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
