The Job:

As a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor, you will play a key role in the continued success and expansion of the firm's Commercial department. You will work on a broad caseload that includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, shareholder agreements, business restructuring, and general commercial work.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, restructuring, and shareholder agreements
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and referrers

  • Collaborating with the team to achieve targets and develop new business opportunities
  • Representing the firm at networking events and helping to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • 3+ years PQE as a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor
  • Strong experience in M&A, corporate transactions, and commercial matters
  • Business development experience or a strong interest in helping to grow the department
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to understand the needs of business clients
  • Ambitious, proactive, and eager to progress your career in a supportive environment
