About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to lead our global marketing efforts. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our ambitious business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global marketing strategy that drives online growth, customer insight, customer retention, and rapid expansion.
• Conduct market research to uncover trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, driving our brand's competitive edge.
• Oversee the creation, implementation, and maintenance of a powerful and consistent brand identity across channels.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives, including social media, influencers, live shows, and press, to optimize our online presence, awareness, and customer engagement.
• Plan and execute compelling campaigns, promotions, and partnerships that drive traffic and sales.
• Work closely with the creative and product teams to develop captivating marketing collateral that resonates with our audience.
• Work closely with the analytical teams to leverage customer data for targeted marketing initiatives.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and tracking ROI for all campaigns.

Accountability

• Budgetary management.
• Achieving set KPI targets, including customer recruitment, ROI, revenue, and brand awareness.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience operating at a similar level within online retail.
• Beauty enthusiast.
• Proficient in using data to create actionable insights.
• Experience in managing and growing an in-house marketing team in a high-volume B2C business.
• Experience with global markets.
