As a Senior Quantity Surveyor with AtkinsRéalis, you will play a critical role in the success of our projects. We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead and manage commercial aspects of commissions and/or projects, including governance, fee management activities, internal job costings, and resource requirements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with both private and public sector clients on major projects, with a working knowledge of NEC forms of contract. You will also have a strong understanding of project procurement options, including component parts of a project and overall construction costs.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits, including a flexible and remote working policy. Our team is proud to deliver high-quality professional services with cutting-edge expertise to all our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing commercial aspects of commissions and/or projects
  • Managing client relationships and service delivery on a project basis
  • Working collaboratively with project management, health & safety, building surveying, and consult teams
  • Applying quality assurance and environmental management principles
  • Managing assistant and graduate colleagues
