Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the local underwriting strategy alongside Branch and Regional Underwriting Managers.

- Stay up-to-date with market shifts and new product launches to stay competitive.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to less experienced underwriters, focusing on enhancing their underwriting and sales abilities.
As a Senior Development Underwriter, you will have a strong grasp of Professional Indemnity and the ability to underwrite larger, more intricate risks effectively. You will also have a comprehensive understanding of the insurance market, industry dynamics, competitors, brokers, and factors influencing market conditions.
