We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Claims Expert to join our team at AXA XL in London.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mid to high value claims across various jurisdictions, including Canada, Australia, Italy, UK&I, and US. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and adaptability to work with different stakeholders, including London Market Brokers, Placing Brokers, follow markets, and co-insurance market.

You will also attend ADR settlement forums, analyze policy covers, and develop effective relationships with Underwriters, Actuaries, Senior Management, internal and external stakeholders, and the wider claims teams in London and Ipswich.

In addition, you will act as a reference point for Claims Adjusters within the London and Ipswich teams, providing support, development, and progression. You will also oversee Third Party Administrators and Cover Holder partners across all territories, ensuring portfolio analysis, audit engagement, stewardship calls, and DA claims control.

This is a challenging and varied role that requires strong problem-solving skills, ability to think on your feet, and efficient communication at all levels.
