We are a dynamic team seeking a skilled Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our organization. This full-time role offers an excellent benefits package and a basic salary up to £49,000 OTE.

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is up to £49,000 OTE, along with a range of benefits including 30 days holiday, company pension, bonus scheme, cycle to work scheme, free on-site parking, long service awards, colleague recognition programmes, referral bonus, health cash plan and discounts on high street products through a rewards platform.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Vehicle Damage Assessor, your primary responsibilities will include communicating authorized repairs to body shop staff and informing them if a vehicle is declared a total loss. You will also need to assess and repair complex vehicle damage, including structural and cosmetic repairs.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have previously worked for 3 years as a Vehicle Damage Assessor, Bodyshop Estimator, Vehicle Assessor, Damage Assessor or in a similar role. You should also possess strong knowledge of vehicle systems, including hybrid and electric competence.
