Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified nurse to join the Theatre Department at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust.
The post holder will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of patient care, working with the team to ensure efficient and effective Theatre services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the implementation of training and development needs of the multi-disciplinary team
- Participating in the development of staff, ensuring appropriate skill mix and upholding agreed standards of care
- Providing effective managerial and clinical leadership of departmental staff
- Supporting the process of risk management and health & safety, upholding relevant policies and ensuring incidents are reported appropriately
