About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Real Life Options. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their day-to-day activities, maintaining their independence, and promoting their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with day-to-day tasks
  • Provide personal care and assistance
  • Administer medication
  • Encourage social integration and participation in activities
  • Support individuals with hobbies and interests
  • Accompany individuals to appointments

  • Minimum of 28 days paid holiday per year (pro-rata for part-time staff)
