As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will engage at all levels of the business, promoting a positive culture through strong leadership and high-levels of engagement and best practice.

The successful candidate will have a direct "hands-on" approach, driving Behavioural Based Safety and a "zero harm" philosophy.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring legal compliance for health and safety in the workplace
• Leading training and staff development opportunities
• Implementing continuous improvement techniques to improve and sustain health, safety & environmental performance and management systems
• Conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis
• Reviewing and updating risk assessments, safe working procedures, and method statements
• Delivering the company Health and Safety strategy and initiatives
