Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of adult learners
- Mentor and coach learners to support their personal and professional development
- Collaborate with the employment team to ensure the success of our training programs
Requirements:
- SCQF Level 7 in a teaching discipline or equivalent
- Proven track record in teaching and training adult learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
