About the Role
As a Process Worker, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations. You will work closely with the Senior Process Worker to ensure efficient production processes, adhering to strict quality standards and GMP guidelines.
- Provide essential support to the Senior Process Worker in achieving daily production targets.
- Maintain a high standard of work, communication, and collaboration across all shifts.
- Share your expertise with other Process Workers, fostering continuous improvement in efficiency, safety, and quality.
- Contribute to the successful manufacture of finished products, ensuring compliance with written procedures and cGMP regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of tasks and events on work orders and associated documentation.
About You
We are seeking a dedicated individual with experience in manufacturing environments, ideally within the pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry.
- Proven experience working in GMP-regulated settings.
- GCSE or equivalent qualifications in Maths and English.
- Familiarity with quality management systems.
- Intermediate IT skills.
