Job Title: Paraplanner

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paraplanner to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with our financial advisors to support them in providing comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of client financial information to support financial advisors in developing financial plans and investment recommendations
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for client meetings
  • Collaborate with financial advisors to develop and implement investment strategies for clients
  • Monitor and review client portfolios to ensure alignment with financial goals and risk tolerance
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Assist with client onboarding and ongoing account maintenance
  • Act as a liaison between clients and financial advisors, responding to client inquiries and providing timely and accurate information
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of investment products and strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial planning software

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, health insurance, and a generous pension scheme.
