Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Test Engineer to join our team at GHA Recruitment Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics manufacturing and a passion for delivering high-quality test results.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough testing and diagnosis of PCBA / Box Build Assemblies to ensure compliance with customer and company specifications

• Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve technical queries and provide timely support

• Maintain accurate test data sets and report work status to the Test Team Leader / Manager

• Develop and implement testing procedures to ensure efficient and effective testing processes

• Provide training and support to colleagues to enhance their technical skills and knowledge


Requirements:

• Minimum of HNC or equivalent in a related subject

• Previous experience in an electronics manufacturing environment

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal


What We Offer:

• Competitive salary range of £40,000 to £45,000 per annum, depending on experience

• A 37.5-hour week, with flexible working hours and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
