Job Description


As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring all weekly orders are received and stored appropriately, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation, and managing bookings for the hotel and restaurant.


You will also have experience supervising a small team and preferably working with hotel booking systems.



What's Involved?



  • Assist in receiving and storing weekly orders, practicing proper product rotation
  • Maintain established standards of cleanliness and sanitation
  • Complete opening and/or closing duties efficiently and thoroughly
  • Manage bookings for both the hotel and restaurant, utilizing knowledge and experience
  • Supervise a small team, leveraging expertise gained from previous roles
  • Possess experience working with hotel booking systems, a desirable asset
