Workshop Forklift Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Workshop Forklift Engineer to join our client's dedicated Engineering team in Halewood. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of forklifts, including Counterbalance, Reach, and Tow Tractors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on forklifts, ensuring they are in good working condition
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with forklifts, using your technical expertise to resolve problems efficiently
  • Work on a variety of forklift models, including electric and diesel, to meet the needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Forklift Engineering or Plant
  • Time served mechanical engineers from other industries will be considered
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
