Are you looking to kick-start your career in Learning & Development or HR? We have an exciting opportunity for a 12-month industrial placement in our R&D Capability Development Team in Weybridge.

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will be responsible for generating, facilitating and supporting events to promote curiosity and individual agency in learning and career development. This will include webinars, podcasts, networking, and marketing campaigns.

You will also be involved in data analysis and governance, maintaining data and information to provide meaningful analysis on key people and performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will be a student who is in their 2nd year at University, looking to complete a year in industry in partnership with their university. They will be entrepreneurial, agile, and have analytical skills to navigate data with strong IT skills.
