Job Overview
Pandora A/S is seeking a highly capable and results-driven store manager to lead our retail operations and drive commercial success. As the brand ambassador, you will be responsible for managing a team of supervisors and sales assistants to provide an unforgettable in-store experience for our customers.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a highly competitive salary, with a monthly bonus of 10% if sales targets are achieved (with the potential of 20% if stretch targets are achieved). Additionally, they will enjoy a generous annual jewellery uniform allowance, access to our online benefits platform, and free support for health and wellbeing through 'Retail Trust'.

Job Description
We are looking for a pro-active and adaptable leader who can inspire a high-performing team to beat their targets and provide exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to achieve and surpass KPIs, ensuring back-of-house activities enable the store's successful commercial execution, and supporting the team in creating special memories for our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a leading brand and/or desirable consumer product retailing, proven experience in driving sales and profitability, and the ability to understand the importance of Pandora's local and global business strategy. They must also be able to use data to identify trends, issues, and root causes, and take action to deliver when such opportunities are identified.

Location
This role is based in our store location. The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per year.
