Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our multidisciplinary and highly collaborative R&D team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and document electrical systems for complex electromechanical medical machinery.
  • Lead system and subsystem-level designs, applying engineering principles and techniques to bring innovative new products to market.
  • Work across the full product development lifecycle, from concept to validation, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and 5+ years of system-level experience, including electrical, mechanical, and systems processes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, including report generation.
  • Leadership experience in managing schedules, resources, and providing technical guidance to project teams.
  • Experience with Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA) and serviceability.
  • Familiarity with controlling electro-mechanical devices (motors, solenoids, heaters) and understanding machine electrical hardware (wiring, connectors, power management).
  • Experience in creating requirements and test procedures for electrical systems and printed circuit board assemblies, with knowledge of medical electrical standards and regulated industry design control processes being a plus.
