Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Scientist to join our High Throughput Screening (HTS) team at the Francis Crick Institute. The successful candidate will have a strong background in cell biology and imaging, with experience in prosecuting large-scale screening campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement novel screening assays and protocols
  • Collaborate with researchers to plan and conduct large-scale screens
  • Develop and maintain effective records and contribute to the HTS databases
  • Work closely with the HTS team to deliver excellent research output

Requirements

  • PhD with post-doctoral research experience or extensive Pharma experience
  • Demonstrable expertise in prosecuting multiple large-scale screening campaigns
  • Experience with liquid handling devices, high content imaging devices, and image analysis software tools
  • Ability to drive innovation in assay design and implementation
