Job DescriptionYou'll be responsible for advising and coordinating broking strategy with account handlers and executives, securing placement solutions that drive client success. Working closely with our Regional Broking Director, you'll establish relationships with insurers, evaluate their performance, and identify opportunities for growth.
As a conduit for feedback, you'll provide market insights and manage insurer service issues. Travel within your region will be necessary to increase visibility and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Able to travel extensively and work independently, you'll thrive in this dynamic environment. Experienced in Property, Liability, and Fleet insurance packages, you'll deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A strong background in insurance, preferably with experience in Property, Liability, and Fleet packages.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and insurers.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth.
As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a competitive salary (£55,000 - £65,000), plus a range of benefits, including:
