Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead installations across various settings. As a Senior Air Conditioning Installer, you'll be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining air conditioning systems. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and installing air conditioning systems in compliance with industry standards
  • Leading installation teams to deliver high-quality fit-out works
  • Reading and interpreting technical schematics to troubleshoot system layouts
  • Collaborating with team members to develop efficient solutions for complex problems
  • Providing guidance and training to junior staff on best practices in installation
  • Maintaining accurate records of work performed and parts used
  • Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in air conditioning technology

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Air Conditioning Installer
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with a focus on air conditioning systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical schematics effectively
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior staff members
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • A valid driver's license for travel between job sites
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) are advantageous
