We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team in Doncaster. As a member of our team, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver high-quality education and support the development of children across various key stages.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that meet the needs of all students.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students' learning.
  • Provide one-to-one support to students who require additional help, focusing on their individual needs and goals.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing materials and resources for lessons.

Requirements

">
  • Degree-educated or hold a relevant Higher Level Teaching qualification (Level 4 or 5).
  • Ideal for Early Career Teachers who have just finished university but have not yet received their TRN or qualification.
  • Passionate and driven, willing to put in extra effort for the quality education of children.
  • Valid Enhanced DBS ideally on the update service, or willingness to obtain a new DBS check if needed.

Salary and Benefits

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will receive a competitive daily rate of £100-£120, depending on your experience. You will also have access to additional free education and training opportunities, a refer-a-friend scheme, and temp-to-perm contracts.
