We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sports Development Coach to join our team at Let Me Play, a leading provider of holiday camps for children aged 5-12. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality sports activities that promote fun, inclusivity, and education.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for working with primary-aged children and a keen interest in developing their coaching skills. You will be required to deliver daily sports sessions to a high standard, catering for children of mixed ability and age range. Your duties will include creating a positive learning environment, following our coaching philosophy, and understanding the individual needs of each child.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A keen interest and passion in working with and facilitating games for primary-aged children.
  • Demonstrates willingness to develop their skills and coaching ability.
  • Punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality sessions.
  • Experience in delivering activities to primary-aged children.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to interact well with children, teachers, and parents.
