Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Content Officer - Brand Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for building and executing aligned go-to-market strategies to deliver on client leads, candidate sourcing, and profitable conversion rate targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute discipline plans that meet local needs of the brand's objectives in the UK
  • Project manage hero programmes and adapt and localise campaigns from global and regional to the needs of the UK
  • Collaborate with the Channel team to develop effective, prioritised marketing programmes to leverage owned, paid, and earned channels to deliver on growth
  • Work with the content team to deliver an ongoing article programme to enhance our awareness in recruitment
  • Drive awareness of the brand and its key brands among an external audience
  • Ensure consistent Customer Value Proposition and brand messaging across the market

Requirements

  • Agency experience preferred, though not essential
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail/accuracy
  • Proven experience of influencing senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge/experience with the full marketing mix
