We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Academic Quality Lead to join our team in Haringey. The successful candidate will have a strong background in academic quality assurance and curriculum development.

Compensation: £23.03 - £29.12 per hour

Job Overview:

The Academic Quality Lead will be responsible for evaluating the quality of education across their area of responsibility, including ESOL & Wellbeing or Functional & Digital Skills & Career Development. They will also oversee the development and delivery of high-quality learning programmes, staff coordination, and finances and learning resources allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the quality of education
  • Develop and deliver high-quality learning programmes
  • Coordinate staff and finances

Requirements:

  • Level 5 teaching qualification or equivalent
  • OR a minimum of a full level 4 teaching qualification and commitment to achieving a level 5 qualification within a year
  • OR educated to degree level with considerable management experience in Adult and Community Learning or Further Education
