About the Role

Compass Group UK is seeking an experienced Executive Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our facilities management services, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute continuous improvement plans to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to all client and company policies, maintaining a culture of excellence and compliance.
  • Lead the development and management of labour strategy in line with contract specifications, driving cost savings and operational efficiency.
  • Deliver all HSE requirements contractually and legislatively, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff and clients.
  • Manage required licenses and regulatory compliance, minimizing risk and ensuring operational continuity.
  • Monitor and measure contractual and internal KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous growth.
  • Manage our Hard Services contractor to deliver all Planned and reactive Maintenance, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
  • Produce detailed reports to demonstrate compliance and manage risk reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Manage and develop client relationships, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service delivery.
  • Achieve financial budgets, driving cost savings and profitability through efficient operations.
  • Produce and maintain continuity and emergency plans, ensuring business continuity and resilience.
  • Train and develop all employees, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Ensure sub-contractor adherence to client and company policy, maintaining a culture of compliance and excellence.
  • Develop and maintain a strategy for growth and retention, driving business growth and profitability.

About You:

  • 3+ years senior management experience in facilities management, with a proven track record of delivering results and excellence.
  • Experience of managing Hard and soft services, including contract catering delivery, with a focus on operational efficiency and cost savings.
  • Ability to build and develop relationships with senior stakeholders, driving business growth and profitability.
  • Proven track record of client/customer satisfaction, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building trust and loyalty.
  • Driving License required due to the nature of the role, with a focus on ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
  • SIA Licence holder (able to qualify), with a focus on ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements.
