Lecturer in Construction Management

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to teach Construction and the Built Environment/Civil Engineering BTEC and HNC courses at Uxbridge College. As a Lecturer in Construction Management, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons, assessing student work, and providing feedback and guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students
- Assess student work and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment results
- Develop and maintain course materials and resources
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Construction Management and/or Civil Engineering or equivalent, as well as a minimum of 3 years experience gained in the construction industry. A Diploma in Education and Training qualification would be beneficial.
Working Arrangements:
This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. The successful candidate will be based at Uxbridge College and will be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the college and its students.
