Commercial Lawyer Opportunity in Northampton

We are seeking a well-rounded Commercial Lawyer to join our growing team in Northampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising on a broad range of commercial transactions, including agency and distributorship agreements, conditions of sale and purchase, confidentiality and exclusivity agreements, contractual joint ventures and collaborations, and manufacturing and supply agreements.

You will be technically strong, highly proficient in providing creative and commercially viable solutions to varied legal challenges, and motivated to excel within the team. You will have demonstrable experience handling a full range of commercial contracts matters and be keen to take your career to the next level within a highly regarded Legal 500 firm with key lawyers recognized for their commercial offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising on commercial transactions, including agency and distributorship agreements, conditions of sale and purchase, confidentiality and exclusivity agreements, contractual joint ventures and collaborations, and manufacturing and supply agreements.
  • Providing creative and commercially viable solutions to varied legal challenges.
  • Handling a full range of commercial contracts matters.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years PQE in commercial law.
  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
