About the Role:

We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to lead our childcare activities, ensuring a fun and inclusive environment for children of all ages. As a Childcare Activity Leader, you'll be responsible for:

  • Planning and executing structured activities that promote maximum participation and engagement
  • Following all Health and Safety protocols and policies, including sign-in and sign-out processes
  • Providing refreshments for the children while maintaining high standards of hygiene and health and safety
  • Collaborating with the team to plan and execute activities that meet the needs of all children
  • Ensuring all activities are age and skill-appropriate while prioritizing safety
  • Communicating professionally and authentically with team members, parents, children, and schools
