Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, you will play a key role in training, developing, and appraising the Stock & Systems Team members.
  • Closely liaise with customers to ensure the smooth running of operations by prioritizing workloads.
  • Ensure high stock accuracy is maintained between the Warehouse Management System and clients' systems.
  • Resolve and liaise with clients on all aspects of stock-related issues with 3rd party customers.
  • Update and maintain Stock & System procedures, including returns processing, secondary stock recovery, stock checks, and 3rd party ad-hoc stock management.
  • Produce management reports for both customers and site management teams, analyzing and collating data to monitor site KPIs.
  • Governance of Key Control Measures.
  • Attend training courses when required.
  • Ensure all handling of finished products complies with Legislative, Company, and Customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience in an automated dynamic warehouse environment.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record.
  • Ability to demonstrate commitment, enthusiasm, and flexibility.
  • Excellent PC skills using MS Office and WMS.
  • Comprehensive macro writing and pivot table skills.
  • Clear leadership qualities to drive necessary change and improvements.
  • Strong team building skills and ability to maintain motivation of the Stock team.
  • Flexibility and high level of self-motivation in a time-critical operation.
  • Proven experience of interpreting, analyzing, and reporting information.
  • Proactive approach and innovation towards ways of operating.
  • Ability to demonstrate and govern key control measures.
  • Adaptable to change in a fluctuating and sometimes pressurized environment.
