The S/L/A/M Collaborative is seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our team in Glastonbury, CT. As a key member of our project team, you will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement project plans;
  • Lead and mentor junior staff members to ensure successful project outcomes;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Manage and coordinate project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment;
  • Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards;
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams;
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate project progress and results;
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, proposals, and contracts.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in project management and leadership;
  • Strong technical skills in building construction, codes, and construction documents;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Proficiency in Revit and other project management software;
  • Experience in education project types preferred;
  • Client and project management skills required;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Highly motivated and team-oriented professional.
